Brief description of tasks

  • Participate in writing, checking spelling and grammar of documents (service offers, reports, etc.) and make them
    Layout;
  • Perform the layout of voluminous documents (reports, quotes and service offerings);
  • Complete the project sheets;
  • Update curriculum vitae of employees;
  • Correspond by email with your teammates and respond to their requests;
  • Greet visitors;
  • Answer the phone and route calls to people concerned;
  • Open the mail and distribute it to the appropriate places;
  • Receive, distribute and send faxes;
  • Send and receive letters and parcels;
  • Typing letters, preparing documents, photocopying, boudinage and binding notebooks and other documents;
  • Take inventory and order office supplies (stamps, grocery stores, hardware stores, stationery, etc.);
  • Make updates in the various Guides and other documents;
  • Prepare documents relating to invoicing (entry of payment sheets, time, etc.);
  • Perform other related duties.

Salary : To be discussed + performance bonus

Hours/week : 37.5 hours/week

Prerequisites for this job

  • DEP or DEC or AEC in administration or office automation;
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (asset);
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite software;
  • Knowledge of the engineering community (an asset);
  • Discretion and ability to work with short deadlines.
